We recently had two house buyer's reviews in Bath carried out by Mark Vincent (the first purchase did not complete) and, as a result, we would thoroughly recommend him. Both reports were concise, easy to understand and absolutely spot on! We went ahead and bought the second house and have now been living in it for 3 months - plenty of time for the gremlins to show! However, we have had absolutely no surprises beyond the deficiencies correctly identified by Mark in his excellent report. Honest, accurate and very happy to add sensible practical advice in addition to his written report - he represents excellent value for money and peace of mind!

Being a Chartered Surveyor myself, but not a building surveyor, I'm more than a little picky. I have now used Mark twice and have been more than satisfied with both of his reports. Mark has a wealth of experiance which adds huge value. He is more than happy to chat through his report and any issues that may arise which I found very comforting. Stress removed! would I use him again? Absolutely. There is nobody else I would recommend.
Excellent honest knowledgeable traditional surveyor. Mark is not a box ticker, he does a thorough survey and following write up. We were unlucky enough to need his services 3 times with in six weeks but thankfully our choice of surveyor was very much better than our choice of houses. Highly recommended
I highly recommend Mark. He is very accommodating and communicates promptly. He did a fantastic job with the house inspection - alerting me to several conditions that led me, eventually, to pull out of the house purchase. He also accommodated me by video WhatsApp while he was doing the inspection to point a few things out - which was tremendously helpful. And then, months later, he was kind enough to answer questions about a survey on a house my son bought that was unrelated to him. So kind and responsive. His prices are also reasonable.
